5. Fees and Payment

5.2 Payment Terms: Payments for e-commerce portal services must be made at the point of sale unless otherwise agreed. For consulting or bespoke projects, payment schedules will be outlined in a separate contract.

 

5.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in interest charges or service suspension.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

 

6.1 Consulting Services: Cancellations for bespoke consulting projects must be made at least 15 business days in advance of the start date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the project cost.

 

6.2 Portal Services: No refunds will be issued for services purchased through the e-commerce portal once payment has been processed, except in cases of non-performance by Robøt Vanoli Limited.
